Policies & Fees
The Ritual
Prep: Please remove all make-up prior to your appointment. For call-outs, a private space with good lighting is essential.
Changes: Rescheduling or cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 50% booking fee.
Arrival: A R100 fee will be charged if you arrive more than 15 minutes late.
Early Hours: An early call out fee of R200 will be added to services starting before 7am.
